    Personalized one-on-one sessions blending Pilates, strength training, and functional movement. Whether we meet in person or online, you'll receive focused attention and thoughtful guidance to help you build strength, improve mobility, and reconnect with your body.

  • Restorative Sessions

    IN-PERSON OR VIRTUAL

    Gentle, grounding practices to relax the nervous system and release tension. These sessions may include breathwork, mindful mobility, and restorative movement to help you slow down, recharge, and restore balance.


    Best For: Stress relief, nervous system regulation, recovery days

  • Hybrid Sessions

    IN-PERSON OR VIRTUAL

    The best of both worlds. We begin with 30 minutes of focused strength training, followed by 30 minutes of restorative movement to ease tension and enhance mobility. You'll leave feeling both challenged and renewed.
