  • Before Our Call

    01. You'll receive an intake form via email.

    02. Complete it at least 24 hours before our consultation.

  • During Our Call

    01. We'll discuss your movement history and goals.

    02. I'll explain how CRF works and answer your questions.

    03. We'll determine if working together is the right fit.

  • After Our Call

    01. If we move forward, you'll book your first full session.

    02. You'll receive a welcome email with next steps.

    03. Show up ready to move.  I'll guide you the rest of the way.
