General Questions

  • Not at all. Every session is tailored to you—whether you're brand new, coming back from an injury, or an experienced athlete.

  • Ages 13 and up (teens require parent/guardian present). I've worked with clients in their 80s, 90s, and beyond.

  • No. CRF is an inclusive space welcoming all genders, all bodies, and all movement backgrounds.

  • That's exactly who I love working with. My approach is rooted in rehabilitation and movement re-education, so we'll move safely and progressively.

Virtual Sessions

  • Just a mat and space to move. If you have bands or light weights, we can incorporate them, but they're not necessary.

  • Zoom.

Studio & Accessibility

  • Anything comfortable—leggings, sweatpants, a t-shirt. Whatever allows you to stretch and breathe with ease.

  • My home studio is not currently wheelchair accessible. However, I offer fully virtual sessions that can accommodate accessibility needs.

  • I'll guide you through every movement and ensure you feel safe. However, for safety reasons, clients need to be able to get on and off equipment independently.

Logistics

  • Each session is 60 minutes.

  • Start with a free 25-minute virtual consultation. We'll meet on Zoom, discuss your goals, and make sure we're the right fit. Then you'll complete an intake form and schedule your first full session.

  • Cancel 12+ hours in advance to reschedule at no charge. Full details are on the Pricing page.

Medical & Professional

  • No. I'm not a doctor, physical therapist, or medical professional, and I don't diagnose or treat medical conditions. I offer expert movement education and body awareness techniques that complement medical care. If you have an injury or medical concern, I'll encourage you to consult a qualified healthcare professional.

  • Absolutely. I'm happy to collaborate with your medical team to ensure your movement plan aligns with their recommendations.
